Blueberry & Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

Blueberry & Raspberry Smoothie Bowl 
This recipe is low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Magnesium and Potassium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin K and Manganese.

Serves 1
1/2 cup water, coconut, raw, organic
100 g blueberries, frozen, organic
100 g raspberries, frozen, organic
1 apricot, dried, organic

Add all of the first four ingredients to the Blendtec wildside blender jug in the order shown above and secure the lid.

Select the Smoothie programme and blend until smooth.

Serve and top with any healing medicinal formula to support the body's needs.

Grapefruit, red, organic (1/2) | Pear, organic (120 g)
