Pear and Vanilla Smoothie
This recipe is low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C, Folate, Magnesium and Potassium, and a very good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin K and Manganese.
Serves 1
1 pear, organic
200 g water, coconut, organic
Seeds of 1/2 vanilla pod, organic
30 g spinach, organic
30 g buckwheat, flakes, organic
Slice the pear into pieces, discarding the core. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy - you may need to put it onto its highest speed to fully blend the buckwheat flakes.
Serve.
