Omega Mix

Omega Mix 
This recipe is very low in Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Thiamin, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Copper, and a very good source of Manganese.

Serves 5
3 tbsps. flaxseeds
1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. sunflower seeds

Mix together and grind before use. You can store the mix in a jar and keep in either your store cupboard or fridge.
