Classic Hummus


Classic Hummus
This recipe is low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber, Protein, Vitamin C and Copper, and a very good source of Folate and Manganese.
Serves 1
1 tbsp. lemon, organic (juiced)
2 tbsps. water
1 garlic, clove, organic
1/2 can chickpeas, organic (drained)

Add ingredients, including water liquid, to the blendtec twister jar in order listed. Secure lid and blend on Medium for 30 seconds. Serve
