Quark Berry Bowl

Quark Berry Bowl 
This recipe is low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Vitamin K and Calcium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C and Manganese.

Serves 1
160 g quark
100 g blueberries, frozen, organic
150 g raspberries, frozen, organic
2 tsps. cinnamon, ground, organic

Place the quark into a bowl and top with the frozen berries. Sprinkle over the cinnamon and serve alone or with any toppings of choice.
