Broccoli Rice

Broccoli Rice
This recipe is low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Protein, Thiamin, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Iron and Selenium, and a very good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Manganese.

Serves 1
1 broccoli head, organic (separated florets)

To make the broccoli rice, place the broccoli florets into the food processor bowl with the chopping attachment.
Process for 20 seconds or until a crumbed mixture is produced.
Serve immediately or store in a glass container.
Label and date with a permeant marker and store in the fridge until required.
