Glowing Green Smoothie Bowl 
This recipe is very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Calcium, Iron, Magnesium and Potassium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate and Manganese.

Serves 2
250 g water
100 g lettuce, gem, organic
100 g spinach, organic
100 g celery, sticks, organic, (halved)
1 apple, organic, (cored, seeded, quartered)
1 pear, organic (cored, seeded, quartered)
1/2 lemon, (juiced)
5 g parsley, fresh

100 g blueberries, organic
1 tbsp. cinnamon, ground, organic

Place water, lemon juice, lettuce, spinach, celery, apple, pear and parsley into the blender jug in the order listed. Secure the lid. Select the 'High' programme and blend until smooth. Pour one portion of the smoothie into a bowl topped with blueberries and a sprinkling of cinnamon. Serve.
